As cloud computing and AI adoption continue to surge across the Asia-Pacific region, demand for highly reliable, energy-efficient, and rapidly deployable power infrastructure is growing rapidly. Backed by more than 13 years of experience in prefabricated data center solutions, CIMC Digital Power provided its CIMC PTU solution for the project.

Featuring a highly integrated, factory-prefabricated design, the solution helps address common challenges in overseas data center construction, including long delivery cycles, complex on-site commissioning, and high labor costs. It provides a reliable foundation for faster deployment and stable long-term operation of data center infrastructure.

A project lead from CIMC Digital Power commented:

“The 254139F project represents another important milestone for CIMC Digital Power in supporting hyperscale AI data center development in Southeast Asia. With its integrated, prefabricated, and intelligent design, the CIMC PTU is well aligned with the growing demand for highly reliable power supply and rapid deployment in today’s AI-driven data centers. We are proud to support our customers in capturing opportunities in the AI computing era with CIMC solutions and contributing to the continued growth of the global digital economy.”

The CIMC PTU shipped as part of this project is a core prefabricated power module developed by CIMC Digital Power for global data center applications. Through its integrated architecture, the system combines power distribution, voltage transformation, power quality optimization, and safety protection functions into a compact solution.

By adopting a “factory prefabrication + on-site assembly” approach, the CIMC PTU can reduce construction time by up to 60% compared with conventional solutions, while also lowering line losses by approximately 30%.
