On the morning of January 20, CIMC Digital Power officially marked its move into a new office building with a grand inauguration ceremony.
The event was attended by senior leaders from across the CIMC organization, including Dai Zhiqian, Vice President of CIMC Container Group, General Manager of CIMC Construction Technology, and General Manager of the Xinhui CIMC Base; Zhu Weidong, Deputy General Manager of CIMC Construction; You Deqiang, Deputy General Manager of CIMC Construction and General Manager of CIMC Digital Power; Liu Zhiyong, General Manager of CIMC Teshunda; Pei Jun, Executive Deputy General Manager of the Xinhui CIMC Base; Huang Changcai, Deputy General Manager of the Xinhui CIMC Base; Xiao Yong, Assistant to the General Manager of the Xinhui CIMC Base; Luo Yunsong, Deputy General Manager of CIMC Digital Power; Zhang Shaojuan, Assistant to the General Manager of CIMC Digital Power; along with heads of Fisheries Technology and Environmental Technology at the Xinhui Base, department directors, and all employees of CIMC Digital Power.
In his opening remarks, You Deqiang, Deputy General Manager of CIMC Construction Technology and General Manager of CIMC Digital Power, extended a warm welcome and heartfelt thanks to the distinguished guests and all employees in attendance.
He noted that the company’s achievements since its launch would not have been possible without the strong leadership of CIMC Container Group and CIMC Construction Technology, the full support and close collaboration of the Xinhui Base, and—most importantly—the dedication, perseverance, and trust of every employee.
He encouraged the entire team to stay true to the company’s guiding principles of pragmatism, strong execution, and value creation. With the move to the new office as a fresh starting point, he called on everyone to remain united, mission-driven, and focused on delivering high-quality growth for CIMC Digital Power.
On behalf of CIMC Container Group, Dai Zhiqian offered his congratulations to the entire CIMC Digital Power team.
He described the new office building as a place rich in history—a cradle of growth for the Xinhui Base and now a new starting point for CIMC Digital Power. Generations of employees have witnessed the base’s rapid development within these walls, and today, the building welcomes a new wave of talent and ambition.

Amid enthusiastic applause, six senior leaders—including Dai Zhiqian, Pei Jun, Huang Changcai, Zhu Weidong, Liu Zhiyong, and You Deqiang—jointly officiated the ribbon-cutting ceremony for the new office building.
With celebratory confetti in the air, CIMC Digital Power formally inaugurated its new workplace—marking the beginning of a new chapter in its journey.
To conclude the ceremony, Dai Zhiqian and You Deqiang unveiled the commemorative plaque together. Leaders and employees then toured the new office space, experiencing firsthand the refreshed and upgraded working environment.
The relocation represents more than a change of address. It reflects continuity, resilience, and the enduring spirit built over years of hard work. Guided by the principles of pragmatism, strong execution, and value creation, the entire CIMC Digital Power team will move forward with unity and determination—contributing dynamic, innovation-driven energy to the company, its business segment, and the CIMC Group as a whole.
